Purchasing a ticket to the Dinner is the perfect way to support HRC. But it doesn’t stop there. Now more than ever we need to mobilize and raise money to move equality further so we can maintain our hard-fought rights.
By contributing an auction item, your name or company name will be recognized when it is prominently displayed along with the auction item. This type of donation is a great way to show your support.
Auction Night
You can bid on a variety of donated items to help raise money for HRC immediately after you arrive!
Dinner guests will enjoy a one-stop check-in process that also includes a silent auction bidder number. In order to expedite the checkout process, you will be asked to pre-register a credit card during check-in.
These are the benefits of pre-registering your credit card:
- Expedited silent auction check-out, no standing in line to pay!
- The credit card will not be charged if the guest hasn't won an auction item
- The credit card info is stored only until the charge is completed; then securely destroyed
- Approximately 30 minutes after the close of the silent auction, you will be notified on your BidPal device if you have won. If you pre-swiped your credit card, you may proceed to the silent auction pick-up area to claim your items at the end of the program.
