Join Us!

You are invited to join us for an empowering evening of storytelling and advocacy.

We know this past year has changed all of us and how we approach everything - from how we get our information, to how we work, to how we engage with others. As we start to gather together again and have moments we have missed out on for so long, HRC wants to provide an evening of light and inspiration, while also ensuring that all of our guests feel safe, supported, and seen.

We need your help! Get involved today!

Policy on Covid-19 Vaccine Requirements to attend in-person indoor events produced by the Human Rights Campaign:

The Human Rights Campaign requires all guests attending in-person indoor events produced by the organization to be fully vaccinated in order to attend. The CDC defines fully vaccinated as:

  • In general, people are considered fully vaccinated: ± 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
  • Proof of full vaccination (only a vaccine card or clear photo of the card will be accepted) will be required for entrance to any HRC event, along with a picture ID. Those who are not fully vaccinated will not be admitted to HRC events.
  • Additionally, HRC encourages attendees to wear masks when not eating or drinking or when six feet of social distance cannot be maintained.
  • As the Covid-19 public health emergency is an ever-evolving situation, HRC reserves the right to add, adjust and institute further attendance requirements as deemed necessary right up until the event begins. HRC will communicate any material changes to our policy, as we continue to monitor the CDC, state, and local guidelines.
  • By attending the event, you acknowledge that HRC expects all participants at HRC events to comply with CDC, state, and local COVID-related guidelines, rules, and requirements, which continue to evolve, that you are attending at your own risk and that you release HRC, its officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns from any liability related to COVID-19 which might occur as a result of your attendance.

If you have questions regarding this, please contact thomas.happell@hrc.org ahead of the event.
