You can bid on a variety of donated items to help raise money for HRC immediately after you arrive!
Dinner guests will enjoy a one-stop check-in process that also includes a silent auction bidder number. In order to expedite the checkout process, you will be asked to pre-register a credit card during check-in.
These are the benefits of pre-registering your credit card:
- Expedited silent auction check-out, no standing in line to pay!
- The credit card will not be charged if the guest hasn't won an auction item
- The credit card info is stored only until the charge is completed; then securely destroyed
- Approximately 30 minutes after the close of the silent auction, you will be notified on your BidPal device if you have won. If you pre-swiped your credit card, you may proceed to the silent auction pick-up area to claim your items at the end of the program.
